The articles below focus on the vast mechanical and technology advancements in diesel engines currently being worked on, some of which are already available.

Using Bio-Diesel on top of these advancements will make diesels the cleanest, most durable alternative fuel engines out of ALL other unproven alternative fuel choices.
Diesels have over 100 years of proven durability, and the improvements are just beginning!!

To clarify the misinformed propaganda that diesel vehicles are the main cause of pollution in cities and elsewhere, according to Bernd Bohr, (Bosch - Board of Management), when particulates are measured, they measure what is in the air in a city, not what diesel cars emit.
Passenger car diesel traffic contributes only between 2.5-3% to a city’s particulate pollution.

This means that 97% of the particulate pollution is NOT caused by diesel vehicles!!
(which currently use petroleum diesel)

To Allen Schaeffer, Diesel is No Longer a Dirty Word
““We were able to do a ‘white handkerchief test’ for the president,” Schaeffer says. “We held the handkerchief to the tailpipe of an 18-wheeler and gave it to him.” Newspaper reports of the event say the president pronounced that it was clean enough to hold up to his nose.”
