Jatropha Curcas first have popular in our state when Indonesia is colonized by Japan. At that moment, our people is forced to plant the jatropha curcas to bringing to industrial Japan upon which. Our Governmental ability to give the subsidy to its people is downhill progressively from year to year. Wait at the time of fossil fuel start the rareness and its price is out of reach again, that big company will sell their biodiesel to our people at the price of which they specify, whereas our people only can accept the price which they specify without can feel a few prosperity.
Needed a formulation in partnership with society as perpetrator of cultivator and producer of oil of Jatropha curcas, whereas entrepreneur as fasilitator equipments and its sale.
Format which we raise shall be as follows :
1. Entrepreneur ready for seed of crop of Jatropha curcas and allot it to farmer of executor of cultivation and conservancy of crop of Jatropha curcas in their own farm and also themselves marginal farm, which is supplied in wide area.
2. Farmer own the moral contract to sell result of oil of Jatropha curcas to entrepreneur whose give them facility.

Biggest constraint which we face as entrepreneur is capital problem. Height of bank rate and difficulties in guarantee mechanism complicate for us to launch out this. What we are really need is capital for the levying of seed of Jatropha curcas, levying of parer and press of oil of Jatropha curcas, and operating expenses of purchasing of oil of Jatroha curcas from cultivator farmer.
In Indonesia in this time there are about 22.115.140 hectare critical farm ( detail below) which can be exploited for the cultivation of crop of Jatropha curcas. by have partner with the farmer and society.

Also, the Rockefeller Fundation has done some funding for subsistence farming in West Africa
Some of the main European Agencies include Prepako, DEG, FMO, Danida, and then of course IFC from the world bank.

Are you talking real ? We had real additive manufacture which produce additive for saving fuel cost by adding water for Burner and Boiller and additive for Tryglycerin process skip as apply for Bio Diesel Fuel and our BDF out put tested and European Standard Accepted.
The raw material from Jatropha as we will refine the Unsaturated Fatty Acids from Jatropha it self for Lubricant and raw Materials.
Are you sure you able to provide funding....? If so...please let me know.

Rubbish.
I am an Indonesian, living in Indonesia. It is not true that Indonesia has 22 millions hectares of unused land, suitable for jatropha plantation. Those lands are not necessarily suitable for jatropha plantation. Even if part of them are do, those are not free land. Mostly are communal-owned. And villagers in Indonesia have been known to kill each other to settle the ownership dispute. This claim of "22 millions free land for jatropha plantation" is a mindless information first mentioned by Indonesian National Biofuel Team. Realising its failure, the Team now seemed very quiet about this "free" land area.
Better check first, to he claim that Indonesia has 22 millions hectares of land available for jatropha plantation.

If we are planting jatropha for bio diesel, we are expecting the plant to grow and produce the fruits. In the marginal land, jatropha may survives, but it may or may not produce the fruits, so planting jatropha in marginal land is for different purpose other than to produce fruits, such as erosion control, developing plant canopy to cool the land, to keep rainwater from free flowing to the river etc., but definitely not for the fruits.
If we expect jatropha to produce fruit, then we have to provide watering, fertilizing, and good soil etc to the plants. So jatropha must be planted in a good land, enough water from irrigation or rain and enough fertilizing. This will be rivalry with other food crops which is more economival to the people.
Those requirement are not be available in the marginal land or islands, unless we provide the infra structure in advance before planting jatropha. Regardless the ownership of the land, we can still cooperate with the villagers to plant the jatropha providing the price of the fruit is acceptable to them. Acquiring the land for the purpose of jatropha plantation is not economics.
So whoever want to establish jatropha plantation have to acquire the marginal land where people don't want to live in that land, which will result to unsatisfaction yield of the fruits, or establish cooperation with the people. The company provide a good seeds to the people, fertilizer, facilities and buy back the products. This scheme already work in some places in Indonesia.
So that any investment that require acquisition of the land for jatropha is not feasible at this time ...

You absolutely right. There were only an assumption of the land which free to use. There is no absolut land and Indonesia divided with islands and its large. Maybe he is right and maybe he is wrong. Why don't you come and check it out...?
where did you know that the Indonesia National Biofuel Team Bio Diesel are failure ? As far as I know..this jatropha plant are newly develop, even by you and me. You came from baby right. So..everything learn by doing for the plantation and the technology of making biodiesel which able to obtain as its final aims and aims depend on each interests.
We have our own political issues which not able to spread this program directly through. Also..we have many plantations with different plants, our farmer will consider more profitable plantation to plant. Otherthings, we are petrofuel producers, also we still have big volume of coal and nature gas . So..how do you think the biodiesel program go slow ? Obstacles comes to solve and IF YOU HAVE anything which GOOD for developing this Jatropha Program, SHARE HERE IN THE FORUM. Let Every body have. We don't need unecessary comment here.
Only assumptions deliver by you. Of course, everybody will kill anyone who jump to other territorry and also if comes without manners. Think by you if you are the object of it. You will struggle of course. Mate...think logically.
