Investors for Biodiesel:
If your focus is developmental and economic then I'd suggest you look to the UNDP (Part of the UN) to see if you can coopt them to support you.
If your focus is purely economic and 'for-profit' then Biotech funds will be the main source of funding.
In all cases you would first need to get to a bankable business plan, and to that extent a proper feasibility study by internationally credible parties would need to be conducted. In this case you would need Angel funding for the first stage. There are various Angel forums on the internet and newspapers wher you can seek such investment. Google is also a good source.

Hello Georges Valme,
I am Jerry Christian Gabriel . I have a big interest in your proyect for Haiti. I dont speaking English but i speak french , spanish. If you have a proyect for haiti you speak French.

hello, i am Richard Vervuurt from the university of
Amsterdam, I am working together with a group a students from different fields and am trying to research the impact of biodiesel on lokal food production, we are looking at an area in Cambodja where one of our collegeus wil be setting up an Phsic nut plantation. In the future we will present our finding in a project for Cambodja.
In the light of this all we are doing research on, small, medium and large biodiesel crop plantations, please could i have some of your information for our project, we are also looking at different investors and their role in the building of logistics, extraction and plantation.
We are very curious what the finding are in Haiti as this is a small country. Does the plantation of biodiesel crops have an adverse inpact on local food production, do local farmers want to shift to biodiesel crops because this means higher income? Will the food production for the local population still be garanteed? and which measures hae been taken by government to allign al needs? (food and economic value of biodiesel?)

Thanks for all the trouble.
Good luck to all projects!

Dear Dr. Nelson Corr
Actually, in October I ordered 20,000 seeds from
Surinam to start the nursery in Haiti, I have
available 10 hectares to start the nursery and I
already have a proposal for 900 hectares to start
the plantation of jatopha and hoping to expand the

I have been in contact with various local Government
officials who are willing to provide public land for
plantation since the project will bring jobs to
their communities.
I will also use sun flowers and peanuts as an
intercropping to increase oil production.
Right now, I am still looking for financing or
partnership because I am limited financially.
As an attacment find all the facts about Haiti, the
nursery project, the marketing analysis and other
documents.
you can email me at borsalino12000@yahoo.com and I will be able to send to you all the documents you sre rquesting.

Votre impression.
Cordialement,
Wilfix SAGARD
