NASA’s space shuttle “Atlantis” stands on Pad 39A at the Kennedy Space Center, Florida on November 15, 2009. Atlantis and her six member crew are headed to the International Space Station to deliver fifteen tons of equipment which will assure the continued operation of the station once the shuttle is retired late next year.

i get fascinated whenever i hear a launch is about to be made into space. i try to put myself in the shoes of the crew members on board of the space shuttle and i get scared. however, i love to get updated on all issues concerning every single launch. i would be much glee if i got updated with this particular launch. I WISH THE WHOLE CREW MEMBERS, THE AMERICAN NUCLEAR SOCIETY AND NASA A SUCCESSFUL LAUNCH.
